Craft beer can, nay, should be fun. It doesn’t have to be all stuffy traditions and tired stereotypes. Looking at our most popular in house cocktail, the hibiscus mint margarita, we crafted this sour ale in the spirit of an old fashioned good time. Starting with a crisp sour ale, we infused it with hibiscus flowers, fermented it with dragon fruit, and finished it with a hefty dose of passionfruit to create something of an adult fruit punch, but make it a beer. This beer overflows with tropical fruit aroma and flavor with a pleasant tartness to round out the whole experience. Pairs well with our Grassy and Sassy pizza or Burrata.

If we have learned nothing else over the last few years, we’ve learned we can’t believe everything we see. This beer pours a beautiful, hazy gold with a creamy white head, but wait… is that… a coffee aroma?! Yes, the aroma bursts forth with coffee, vanilla, toasted nuts, molasses, and caramel, just like a much much darker beer. The aromas follow into the flavor, going down smooth from a well nitrogenated body. Enjoy this trickery with a charcuterie board or spicy glazed chicken wings.
