There are some combinations that just work; Peanut butter and jelly, cookies and milk, Bert and Ernie. For this hazy Double IPA we tapped into a classic hop combo of Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic to give you that neo-classic IPA flavor you crave. Leading with aromas of lime, ripe melon, and pine sap the flavor has a light, oatmeal sweetness with mandarin orange, fresh honeydew melon, ripe pineapple and a crisp bitterness for a pleasant finish. With a medium body and a restrained ABV, you can really enjoy a few of these without the after effects of most DIPA’s. Pairs well with our Kapua Suite pizza.
