Craft beer can, nay, should be fun. It doesn’t have to be all stuffy traditions and tired stereotypes. Looking at our most popular in-house cocktail, the hibiscus mint margarita, we crafted this sour ale in the spirit of an old-fashioned good time. Starting with a crisp sour ale, we infused it with hibiscus flowers, fermented it with dragon fruit, and finished it with a hefty dose of passionfruit to create something of an adult fruit punch, but make it a beer. This beer overflows with tropical fruit aroma and flavor with a pleasant tartness to round out the whole experience. Pairs well with our Grassy and Sassy pizza or Burrata.
